1.Login to Schoolbase using your
Username and Network Password
2.In Home Page, Click Homework
Docs and choose Add
Files to choose files from your
computer and will be shared for many classes.
3.Click the Home button and choose
Lesson Plans option
4.Select the Group
you teach E.g. Se 2D Mathematics.
5.Term 1 Dates will
be displayed automatically. Click Go button
6. Rows for all periods in the respective
days of Term 1 will be created.
7. You can upload the notes by date or can choose one particular day for your subject and instruct students. E.g. Fridays.
8. Click on the icon Note/
Pencil
Lesson Plan : Type the lesson plan for the day
Homework Tab: Type the instructions for that particular file
9. Put a tick mark near requires submission if they need to submit the files within a timeframe.
10. Click the following options
Add File : If
you are choosing from your computer
Add from My Docs : If you are choosing from already uploaded files (Step 2)
Delete Files : If you want to delete the file and upload a new file
11. Click Save button to Save what you have done.
12. Click on Pad icon To check students’ uploaded files
Please Note the following
1.You can upload Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, PDF, BMP, JPEG Files.
2.For the start, restrict your file
size to 2MB
