1.Login to Schoolbase using your Username
and Network Password
2.In Home Page, Click the option Interest
Group Attendance
3.Your
interest Group will be listed on the left of screen under Mine section.
4.Student
names will be displayed on the right.
5. By Default the system will show attendance for the
current week.
6. Choose the option Select Weeks on the top of the
screen to backdate your attendance. Remember it
displays the start date of week and not the current
date. E.g. For this week, it will be displayed as
9/2/15
7. For Attendance marking, it is similar to Period
Registration but there are 4 status which is as
follows
8. Please choose / - Present & AO – Absent no Charge
to mark student attendance.
9. Attendance will be automatically saved.
10. Click the option Home to go back to the Homepage
