1.) Go to the link : https://schoolbase.sfms.edu.sg/
2.) Key in "SFMS" in the domain, input your username and network password and click [Login]
3.) On Home page, Click on "Registration by Day"
4.) Choose "Teaching Group" on Register by, Select class and subject you teach. (Example 3G ICT).
5.) Remember it is arranged by class and subject, so make sure you choose the right class and right subject. Once done, Click on the [AM] button to mark present for all students. Update the attendance if there are any absentees for your lesson. Click [Save] when you have finish marking the attendance.
6.)Student name will be displayed (Please make sure all of the students you teach are displayed, if not please contact IT to add/delete students in your list).
7.)Once confirmed, Click previous button. You will see the attendance for the previous day. (The date will be displayed on the center).
8.)If you need to mark attendance for previous days, keep on clicking [Previous] button until you come to the exact date.
