1.) Go to the link : https://schoolbase.sfms.edu.sg/

2.) Key in "SFMS" in the domain, input your username and network password and click [Login]


2.) In home page, Click on  [My Reports Pastoral]. 

3.)All Course will be displayed on the left, choose the course you handle.

-Key in Care Teacher Comments 

-Click on Pastoral Care Value to choose a grade for it ( S =Sometimes  U= Usually  C= Consistently )


4.)Once Complete, Bring the Cursor down to select the next Student and repeat keying in comments and grades for this student.

5.)Click on Detail view to check if everything is correct.

6.) Once everything is done, you can now exit school base. (Take note to give the site at least 5 secs to save before closing School base)
